The Leadership Farm is a non-profit organisation with a vision of raising the next generation of leaders in Africa to become change agents and catalysts for positive change at every level of society, changing the nation by serving people. The Leadership Farm believes that by teaching, S.T.A.R leadership, the laws success, personal development and self-mastery; we can change the future and the fortunes of Africa locked up in the innate potential of her citizens, particularly Zambia, by unleashing the wealth in the minds of the youth, our next generation of leaders.
